Seth Troxler is someone myself & High Tide have been trying to book for a while now, as the chance to book him doesn’t come round too often. Dan Reid [photographer and High Tide affiliate]has papped him a few times recently and had been trying to nail down a boat party with him but we weren’t sure if or when it was going to happen. Then, while at Snowbombing in Austria, I met his agent for a few beers where we discussed Seth, Groove Armada, and Hot Since 82 and it’s grown legs from there on all three fronts. Seth on moving in weekend is going to be bananas!

Since beginning his DJ career at 16 at The Works in Detroit, Troxler has had many well received releases to his name. Now based in Berlin, Troxler is utterly immersed in the scene, having played the likes of Panorama Bar, and Watergate, whilst upholding a residency at Club der Visionaire. A firm promoter of underground talent, through numerous sideprojects, Troxler does, of course, also enjoy something of a superstar status amongst djs thanks to his influencial taste, and eccentric personality and is billed to play a number of the UKs larger festivals this summer, including Glastonbury, Lovebox and South West Four before dropping by Southampton in September.
On the night Seth will be supported by High Tide and Warehouse residents Gary Bennetton, Knight & Boulé, Jamie Ings. The night itself will run from 10pm through till 4am.
Earlybird tickets for Seth Troxler at The Warehouse will be available for £10. Keep an eye on the Warehouse Southampton Facebook page for more details.
