If you’re out and about on Wednesday nights, then look out for the new kid on the block. He’s called Upperberry and you’ll find him at Rhino.

Upperberry is a new club night that will be opening its doors for the first time at Rhino this evening. They promise good quality underground house music and guest DJs from the hearts of the Berlin and Amsterdam scenes. You’ll also hear plenty of material from the roots of Chicago and Detroit, with extra home-grown produce from Southampton and the rest of the country thrown in for good measure.

The focus will be on creating a proper club atmosphere with decent sound and carefully selected DJs, while keeping costs down with drink deals and small entry fees to encourage the partying.

For their first night, Upperberry have invited a Berlin based French producer by the name of STUFF, a principal ambassador of the reemerging house scene in France and affiliate to OFF Recordings and CUFF.

Support on the launch night will come from South RoystonJacuzé, and Upperberry residents.
