MK will return to Warehouse Southampton as part of a 15-date UK tour

DBP have saved what is perhaps their biggest booking in the autumn/winter Warehouse Southampton calendar to last. MK, who has graced the stage at WH a few times now, will be returning on the 4th October to play for what will undoubtedly be another at-capacity crowd. This Southampton date will form part of a UK DJ tour for MK, featuring support from Kidnap Kid, as Ryan Keary (DBP) explains:

We’ve worked hard over the summer with MK’s management to put together a 15 date UK ‘My Head is a Jungle’ Tour. The last time we had MK it sold out 6 weeks in advance. There were a lot of disappointed people who missed out, so we felt it was only right to bring him back. MK’s profile is probably even bigger now, having played every major dance festival this summer. Kidnap Kid was one of my favourite acts last year when he played on the Bondax show. He has a really uplifting sound and will fit perfectly alongside MK.

MK is responsible for creating some of the defining sounds and biggest tracks of the early house scene. He has worked with the biggest international artists from Snoop Dogg and Jay-Z to Rihanna and Beyonce, but has also retained high levels of credibility within the underground dance music scene, with records such as “Burning”, “4 You” or “Push The Feeling On” remaining staples in the wallets and boxes of house DJs the world over.

The remaining dates on the 15-date DJ tour will be revealed soon.

Tickets for MK at Warehouse Southampton will be put on sale on 17th August 2014.
