Junk to launch Not Your Thing with Flashmob, secretsundaze, Jackmaster, Darius Syrossian

Saturdays at Junk, Southampton, will now be under a new brand: Not Your Thing. The first four outings of Not Your Thing on the 19th Sep, 26th Sep, 3rd Oct, and 10th Oct will be headlined by Flashmob, James Priestley and Giles Smith, Jackmaster, and Darius Syrossian respectively. Also lined up for those first four Saturdays are guests and residents including Jozef K, Bones, Rhymos, Luca Pilato, Steve Knight, Aaron Blyth, Jordan McKinlay, and Mark Stevenson.

Luca from the team at Junk explains the ethos behind the new brand:

Not Your Thing is built on musical integrity, not commercial hype. It’s designed for music loving people who are looking and listening that little bit harder and for those that want to. Some names will be familiar and some may not be but the focus is solely on talented DJs from established names to future stars. Just trust us …
