The location of this summer’s festival is a large sports ground / park just off Stoneham Lane towards Eastleigh (SO50 9HT), not to be confused with Stoneham Park, the location of Junk Department’s Big Top last year. With ticket sales approaching 4000 strong over the weekend just gone for the event in May, the organisers behind the festival have already put into action plans to host a second Southampton Soundclash on Saturday 26th September. Confident that their first venture will sell out, the second venture will bookend the summer and punctuating the start of freshers’ week 2015.
The second Southampton Soundclash will also feature four stages of music and a VIP area. The headliners to the four stages have already been secured, so its likely that we’ll be hearing more about the lineup in the coming months. Warehouse and Switch will be hosting two of the stages, while Supercharged will host another. The main stage hosts are yet to be announced and the VIP area will be sponsored by Red Bull.
As with the first festival tickets will be released in waves with early bird tickets starting at £20.
