The fourth instalment of this Autumn/Winter’s series of Warehouse parties courtesy of DBP & High Tide, at Southampton’s Mo’ Warehouse, which is certain to provide something a little different to the usual South coast night-life experience as its hidden away on an industrial down at the docks. It may be remembered for the hugely successful party back in February when Joris Voorn came to visit, but this time the Hot Creations label are bringing you their smooth house sound in the form of Infinity Ink, Miguel Campbell, Richy Ahmed and Russ Yallop.

Hot Creations have burst into popularity over the last couple of years, spearheaded by Lee Foss and Jamie Jones, and their most well-known act on the roster; Hot Natured. Hot Natured’s summer anthems “Benediction” features the soulful voice of Ali Love, who makes up one half of the DJ/Vocal duo Infinity Ink, who we’ll be enjoying this November. The other half is known as Luca C, who has been collaborating with Ali for over a decade spanning all sorts of genres; establishing their songwriting potential with more traditional folk music and moving to house and dance music to produce tracks such as “Infinity”, which has been getting played out plenty in the clubs recently:
Miguell Campbell has been a staple DJ of the house music scene for roughly 20 years now, and with experience like that he is guaranteed to play a seriously comprehensive set spanning many years and drawing on a deep knowledge of the genre, with selections that are sure to please the crowd! He also produces tracks that fit the Hot Creations music policy like a glove, such as the sexy affair that is “Something Special”:
Richy Ahmed is a Geordie DJ who has been making waves in the last two years since befriending Jamie Jones in Ibiza, rising to an A&R position within the Hot Creations label and taking charge of the decks at their parties across the world such as in London, Detroit, Barcelona, New York, LA, Miami and Ibiza. There are endless mixes of his to enjoy that can be found on SoundCloud and the like, but for now we’ll leave you with his dark re-work of what was a much more disco based Miguel Campbell track:
Opening the night will be Russ Yallop. Like Infinity Ink he’s also signed to both Hot Creations and Crosstown Rebels, playing a fresh flavour of underground house. His aim is to inject a little more fun into house music, and it seems to be working since being featured on DJ Mag’s Best of British compilation and other outlets such as his Ibiza Voice and Pulse Radio podcasts.
“I Can’t Wait” is a stellar example of Russ’ work, and is sure to get you in the mood for a night of house music with unfathomable depth, in a venue that can definitely offer something different. The fact that it is fully tricked out with the finest Funktion-One soundsystem, as well as stunning lighting and visual equipment and a scorching Hot Creations lineup only re-iterates that the Mo’ Warehouse is going to be one to watch once November rolls around!
